Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following:

24-Month Commitment
This is a fixed 2-year membership. Your 24-month membership period begins on the date of purchase.

Personal Membership
The membership may only be used by the person it was purchased for. It cannot be transferred, shared, sold or passed to another person.

Non-Refundable
The £600 membership payment is non-refundable once purchased, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Student Conduct
All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students and visitors to the academy and to follow RGA Rhyl’s academy and safety rules.

Serious or repeated breaches of academy rules, unsafe behaviour, bullying, harassment or disrespectful conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Classes
The membership includes access to RGA Rhyl’s regular timetable of classes for which the student is eligible. Class times, instructors and the timetable may change during the membership period.

Gradings & Insurance
Regular RGA Rhyl gradings and student insurance are included for the duration of the active membership.
