Our Story
Flow Gear 23 was born on the mats. We're a BJJ gear and apparel brand rooted in the heart of North Wales — built by grapplers, for grapplers, and connected to the Roger Gracie Academy (RGA) Rhyl.
If you've ever rolled at RGA Rhyl, you know what this community is about. It's not about ego. It's about showing up, putting in the work, and growing together — on and off the mats. That spirit is woven into everything we make.
Why We Started
We wanted gear that matched the standard of the training — functional, durable, and designed with real BJJ in mind. Not mass-produced kit that falls apart after a few washes, but apparel you're proud to wear whether you're drilling, competing, or repping the academy out in the world.
Flow Gear 23 is our answer to that. Every piece is designed with the practitioner in mind — from our rash guards built to handle the grind of no-gi training, to our gis cut for movement and longevity on the mat.
